We know that teachers in schools work really hard and provide an excellent service, but it is just not possible for them to provide the same kind of individual attention that we are able to give at The Learning Curve.
We tutor children with a wide range of abilities, from those who are struggling to keep up in school to those who need to be stretched and to be taken further with their studies.
We provide tuition in:

At The Learning Curve we realise that no two children are the same, and because of this no two children have the same programme of work. Before any child starts we carry out a free assessment which will identify any gaps in learning which may exist and then design an individual programme for your child which will maximise progress.
Our lessons last sixty minutes and, during that time, the children will carry out about half a dozen different activities that will include written work, activities on the computer and individual time with the tutor.
We realise the importance of confidence in learning and so set work at a level that challenges and extends the student, but not so that they are overwhelmed. We try and eliminate failure so that students become confident and are able to take a pride in their work.
